Tape Feeder
Each smart FEEDER contains a microprocessor, which is in constant touch with the BS series Pick & Place machine during production. Autotronik Smart Feeders are available for 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 56, 72 mm tape widths and feature programmable tape index settings from 2mm (for 0201 and 0402’s) up to 36 mm.

This provides the component description or quantity in the feeder .Setting up for a new feeder arrangement and ensuring that the correct components are present on the machine, is made much easier.
